ORDER

 

Perusal of the record shows that several opportunities have been granted ever since January, 2023 for arguments on admission for 06 consecutive hearings where in Complainant sought adjournments as her main counsel is not available to argue the matter on admission. Today also Complainant sought adjournment on same gound. On the last date of hearing for this action and casual approach of the complainants cost has imposed of Rs. 500/- to be deposited on Legail aid but neither complied the order nor main counsel appeared to argue the matter on admission. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-compliance &  non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
