The Complainant is absent   .  on perusal of the record , we find that the office has reported that there is a need of hearing on limitation . the complainant has neither at since any reason for dilay in filing complainant willow time petition nor has filed petition for condoning the delay in filing complainant petition under Section U/s 24 A(2 of the C.P Act 1986) along with complainant . the complainnat is remaning absent from 30/07/12 petition dt 13/07/12 filed as behalf of complainant is not fit to be considered because such petition has been propered after office note  . as the complainant is remaning absent and case is barred by limitation hence this complainant is rejected
