                     Today, the case was fixed for consideration on application for dismissal of complaint on the ground that complaint of complainant is  premature as no claim has ever been filed to the OPs. Case called several times since morning, but neither complainant nor his counsel turn up. Even the complainant has not appeared before this Commission for the last 5 dates. It is already 4:10PM. No further wait is justified. It appears that complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint and thus the same stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
