ORDER

Present:        Complainant in person.

Sh. PK Punia, Advocate for OP no.1.

Sh. Jitender Pal Tanwar, Advocate for OP no.2&3.

 

             Sh. Jiteneder Pal Tanwar, counsel for the OP no.2&3 made a statement that he has compromised the matter in the National Lok Adalat and as per compromise OP no.2&3 will give Rs. 62,000/- (Sixty Two Thousand  only) to the complainant within 45 days from today. Complainant has also made a statement that his complaint be decided as per statement of counsel for the OP no.2&3. I submit the account detail to the OP no.2&3 within seven days. In view of this OP no.2&3 is directed to pay Rs. 62,000/- (Sixty Two Thousand  only) to the complainant within 45 days from today failing which OP no.2&3 will pay the said amount alongwith interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of this complaint till realization. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of the order  be supplied to both the parties as per rules.
