Copy of the order dated 03/05/2013 passed in First appeal No. 286 of 2013, passed by the Hon’ble State Commission is placed on record by the learned counsel for the JDs. Vide this order, the appeal filed by the JDs has been accepted and the original complaint stands dismissed. In view of this, the present execution petition becomes infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
