Heard on admission and rejected. The complaint is filed to get the repair charges of the autorickshaw of complainant from the respondent. It is the case that on 2.9.2012 an accident was caused to the autorickshaw owned by complainant and damage was caused to the vehicle. The police has registered a crime also. This complaint is filed to get repair charge from the respondent. But there is no cause of action against the respondent since no claim submitted with the respondent by demanding the amount. It is the duty of complainant to submit claim in the claim form of the company and to demand the amount along with documents. The company is the authority to process the claim and not the Consumer Forum. The complaint is premature and there is no cause of action at all. Hence the complaint is rejected.
