This record is put up today by way of a put up petition filed by the complainant stating that in the instant case a joint compromise petition has been filed and for moving the same it is now necessary to put up the case record otherwise the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injuries.
By filing the joint compromise petition the complainant has stated that the instant case has been filed claiming compensation from these Ops and the same is now pending before this ld. Forum. The complainant has also stated in the petition that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. The Ops being the insurer of the vehicle made a proposal to settle the case at Rs. 22,500=00 which has been accepted by the complainant as full satisfaction of their claim. So necessary order to that effect is required to be pass otherwise the parties of this case fill suffer irreparable loss and injuries.
By filing the said joint petition as the complainant has stated that the dispute has already been settled between the parties out of this Forum and he has accepted the proposal of the Ops as full satisfaction of his claim, so we have no other option but to the allow the petition filed by the complainant to withdraw the present Consumer Complaint as full and final settlement by and between the parties.
