ORDER

Sri A.K. Bose,  Member. The complaint case no.50 of 2011, Smt. Mohini Dubey vs. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. and 2 others was taken up on request by the parties in Lok Adalaat held on 6.12.2014 at the UPSCDRC premises, Lucknow. 

The parties have filed written compromise and  have stated on oath that the same has been filed without any fear or duress. They have signed the compromise petition in presence of the Bench today and have verified the contents of the same.

          Therefore, the complaint case no.50 of 2011 is decided in terms of compromise Agreement which shall part of the formal order. Certified copy of this order be provided to the parties free of cost.
