This petition coming up before us for filing affidavit of complainant on 23-12-10,  upon perusing the material on record and having stood over till this day for consideration, this Forum made the following: 

O R D E R

Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:

        Complainant’s affidavit not filed from 26-07-10.  Complainant called absent.  No representation on behalf of complainant.   Again called after lunch.  

        Taken after lunch.  Costs not deposited.  Complainant called absent.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.   Affidavit of complainant not filed from 26-07-10.   This Forum liberally adjourned the matter being a beneficial legislation.  Inspite of that the complainant failed to utilize the opportunity.  Hence, this Forum is constrained to dismiss the complaint.  In the result, the complaint is dismissed.  No costs.
