    The complaint is allowed.  OP-1 is directed to pay Rs.4,00,000/- under the policy within one month from the date of receipt of the order, failing which there onwards the complainant is entitle interest at 6% p.a. on the above amount till payment.  The OP-1 is further directed to pay Rs.500/- towards costs of this proceedings to the complainant.
