          Complainant tendered into evidence his duly sworn affidavit ex.C-1 alongwith document ex.C-2 and close the ex-parte evidence.

          At this stage, Sh.Suresh Kumar, complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects, he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint/suit before the appropriate Forum/court on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. Consequently, instant complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is permitted to file a fresh complaint/suit before the appropriate Forum/court on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects.
