                 The Advocate for DHR and JDR filed memo separately that in accordance to the order passed by the Hon’ble State CDR Commission, Odisha, Cuttack both the DHR/JDR wants to drop this case.

            We perused the memo and heard from the advocate for DHR/JDR. As they do not want to proceed and prayed to drop the case, hence we dropped this execution proceeding as not pressed.
