On behalf of Jdrs. hazira has been filed. The Dhrs. filed a petition supported by affidavit praying to permit them to withdraw the case on the ground that for execution of the final order of D.F. Case No.69/2012, another Execution Case is pending and the same was filed after the final order passed by the Appellate Authority and accordingly, there is no need to proceed with this case further. The petition is moved. No objection is raised. Considered. Hence, it is
