1.     Present  none for DH as well as none for JD.  Perused File.
The complaint case  No. 693/2008 filed by the applicant /DH has been
rejected by this forum on 23.11.2011.  Applicant DH filed an appeal in
the Hon’ble State Commission wherein Hon’ble State Commission in F.A.
No.42/2012 decided on 19.05.2015 allowed the appeal and OP3 was
directed to pay compensation of Rs. 2 Lacs along with litigation
charges of 50,000/-. OP2 was directed to pay Rs 2 Lacs with the
Consumer Welfare Fund  maintained at State Commission  against this
order. Judgment debtor M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd.
in Revision Petition no. 2225/2015 in Hon’ble National Commission
wherein order dated 02-03-2016 was passed and M/s Bajaj Allianz
General Insurance Company Ltd was directed to make the payment of  Rs.
14,000/- along with simple interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing
the complaint and it was further held that complainant was not
entitled to anything more than the amount. Hence, the amount which
Bajaj Allianz General Insurance already deposited with the District
Forum shall be refunded to him.

2.     A letter dated 22.7.2016 by the JD is suffice to clarify that
the payment of Rs.14,000/- along with  9% interest  i.e. total amount
Rs 23683/-  has been paid to the DH Naresh Aggarwal which was received
on 24.7.2016, therefore, this execution is satisfied and disposed of
accordingly. Copy of this order be made available to the parties as
per law and a copy shall be kept in separate file. File be consigned
to record room.
