Both the parties are absent. There was settlement between both parties. On 02/07/2012, the Complainant had given a pay order of Rs.7,00,000/- to the Opposite Parties. Since, that date the applicant has not been appeared before this Forum. Hence, Execution Application is disposed of. No order as to cost.
