Case called out. None appeared for the parties. It transpires that previously ld. Counsel Mr. Amrish Kaushal was appeared on behalf of the appellant but he withdrew his Vakalatnama and none is appearing on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal. Hence, this appeal deserves dismissal on this score only. Moreover, the perusal of the record reveals that there is no substance in the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
