ORDER

                   A letter dated 17.01.2017 has been filed. Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainants has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that the complainant has received a Cheque No.541954 for Rs.9,00,000/- from OPs in full and final settlement of the dispute and he withdraws this complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
