MA/223/2017 (Application for directions)

By this Application, the Petitioner prays for correction of a typographical error in the memo of parties name on the ground that in the memo of parties names, the name of the Petitioner was wrongly mentioned as Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company Ltd., instead of its correct name and style as Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd.      

Since the Application is supported by an affidavit of the Dy. Manager of the Petitioner, we deem it unnecessary to issue notice in the Application to the Respondents.

In view of the above, let the demand draft, in terms of our order dated 28.09.2016, be issued in the name of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd.

The Application stands disposed of.
