                The complainant in this case last appeared on 06.03.2020. Thereafter there was outburst of corona pandemic.   The complainant was absent on 09.11.2020, 15.01.2021, 19.03.2021, 12.07.2021, 11.10.2021, 21.4.2022 and 07.10.22. Even today no one is present on behalf of the complainant.  It appears that  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the matter is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
