          This a complaint filed under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite party.

2.The opposite parties were set exparte.

3. The complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegation of deficiency of service. The complainant is continuously absent in spite of giving intimation and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
