Shiv Dutt Sharma      Vs   Baba Mungipa etc.

Present:-     None for the DH.

 

                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.25 P.M. but none appeared on behalf of the DH.  This execution was filed by the DH on 21.10.2013.  Since then it is pending for the service of the JDs for want of correct address.  A period of more than 2 years and 3 months has elapsed but the complainant despite availing a number of opportunites, has failed to file the correct address of the JDs.  This execution application is dismissed for want of non prosecution and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
