Present:       Sh.Digvijay jakhar, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.Kunal Juneja Advocate for the opposite party No.2.

                   Opposite party No.1 exparte.

                   Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.2 filed. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 2 made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.98000/-(Rupees ninety eight thousand only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 45 days. It is further submitted that complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment. The product should not be physical damage or liquefied.  

          Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to dispose the matter accordingly.

In view of the statements made above by both the parties, opposite party No.2 is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.98000/-(Rupees ninety eight thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days from today, failing which opposite party No.2 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. on the alleged amount from today i.e. 11.07.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complaint is disposed of accordingly being settled.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
