Oral Order (As per Sri R.Lakshminarasimha Rao, Hon’ble Member)

                                                       1.     `25,000/- towards compensation to the respondent. 

2.    `3,60,000/- and of the said amount the appellant had financed a sum of`2 lakh repayable at quarterly rests @`21,000/-. `1,50,000/- by the respondent.  

3.     

 

A notice was served on the opposite party which was returned unserved as “refused” as such the service of the notice held sufficient. 

 

4.     `87,748/- and regularise the account, repossessed the vehicle and thereafter terminated the agreement as also sold the vehicle for`1,01,000/- after issuing presale notice dated 29.1.2007. 

5.      

6.      However, taking into consideration of the sale of the vehicle by the appellant and disputed fact of the amount, we are inclined to remand the matter to the District Forum and impose costs of Rs.1,000/- for the latches committed by the appellant.
