Heard the counsel for Review Petitioner.  Considering the grounds urged in the application review application is allowed by imposing costs of Rs.1,000/-.  Order of dismissal of Appeal No.2449/2017 for non-prosecution is recalled and restored to file.  Accordingly, post Appeal No.2449/2017 before Bench on 22.06.2022.
