The matter is taken up through online hearing.

           

Present: Shri Satish Kumar Khosla, Complainant in person

           

            This complaint is not admissible in view of the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of UP Power Corporation vs. Anis Ahmed; [(2013) 4 SCC 419].  Hence, this complaint is dismissed in view of the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court with liberty to the complainant to file the same before the appropriate court/forum/authority under the Electricity Act, 2013. 

            Needless to say that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.  The case shall be decided on its own merits without being influenced by any of the observations made in this order.
