File taken up on the application of complainant for early hearing along with another application seeking directions. 

It is stated by the complainant that complainant has given representation to the OP but complainant is not being redressed. 

Accordingly, application for early hearing is allowed and Notice be issued to OP for 18.10.2023. 

However, as far as interim direction is concerned ground for any direction at this stage is not made.
