ORDER

S.V filed power for the accused. The complainant who is in person has filed a memo reporting receipt of two DD’s one for Rs.25,000/- and another for Rs.5,000/- and reported to have received that amount towards full satisfaction of his claim and close the case. In view of the memo filed, complaint is closed as the claim of the complainant is fully satisfied by dropping further proceedings. Accused is discharged. Complainant shall return the old UPS to the Ops.
