On 30.05.2022 both the parties appeared and gave their consent to get the matter settled through consumer Mediation Cell of this Commission. Hence as per order dated 30.05.2022 of this Commission in pursuance of Section 74 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the matter was referred to Sh.Avtar Singh, duly appointed Mediator of Consumer Mediation Cell of this Commission.

          Sh.Avtar Singh, Mediator, Consumer Mediation Cell of this Commission has submitted his report in the matter in sealed Envelope, which is opened today.

          As per the report dated 10.06.2022 of Sh.Avtar Singh, Mediator, Consumer Mediation Cell of this Commission, the complainant has received amount of Rs.2690/- being price of the defective Suit alongwith stitching charges of Rs.1810/- and Rs.8000/- as compensation from opposite parties/B.R.Fashions as per his satisfaction and now nothing is due against the opposite parties towards his claim.

          In view of the aforesaid report dated 10.06.2022 submitted by Sh.Avtar Singh, Mediator, Consumer Mediation Cell of this Commission, the matter in dispute is duly settled amicably being fully satisfied. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
