None has appeared on behalf of any of the parties inspite of several calls.

A court notice was also sent to the appellant which was returned with the report of postal department that the appellant has left the given address mentioned in the envelope. 

On account of absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs.

Record of the concerned District Commission be remitted with a copy of this order for perusal and necessary compliance.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
