                   Service of Op is complete. Counsel for the OP has filed his vakalatnama and has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a demand draft bearing No.279897 dated 12.02.2018 amounting to Rs.18,500/- and Rs.1000/- cash as compensation in lieu of which the complainant wishes to withdraw his complaint.

Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a demand draft bearing No.279897 dated 12.02.2018 amounting to Rs.18,500/- and Rs.1000/- cash as compensation. Now nothing remains towards the OP. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint on the instruction of the complainant.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, it is made clear that the matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
