ORDER BY HON’BLE MEMBER- MRS. M. SWAIN:

                                                                                        JUDGMENT

 Learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and she does not want to proceed with the case as her husband was looking after the vehicle has died since 2020 due to Covid-19 pandemic as such she wants to settled the matter with opposite parties. The opposite parties did not raise any objection to the submission of the advocate of the complainant. So this Commission does not want to go into the merit of the case. Hence it is ordered that, the complainant shall approach the opposite parties and the opposite parties shall settle the matter. Accordingly consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
