Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant for his non-appearance on the date fixed for this case.

But the complainant is found absent without steps and no show cause is filed. It seems to us that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case and for that it is next to impossible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence or reluctance on the part of the complainant. Therefore, we think that this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for default; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
