and filed a memo dated 02.05.19 stating to withdraw the case unconditionally as per grounds mentioned therein. Heard.  A/R for O.P. made objection to the memo filed by the Complainant contending that since they have good grounds to succeed the case, as such they prayed to reject the memo filed by the Complainant.  Perused the withdrawal memo dated 02.05.2019 filed by the Complainant and ascertained that the complainant wants to withdraw the case unconditionally for maintaining peace and harmony with the O.P. – Bank and he does not wants to proceed further with the case.  It is also found that the argument of A/R for O.P. – Bank is on point basis, however, considering the submissions of Complainant, we accept the memo filed by the Complainant and inclined to drop the case hence forth.
