ORDER BY HON’BLE MEMBER- MRS. M. SWAIN:

                                                                                                JUDGMENT

            Final award under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has already been passed on 17.11.2022, whereas the consumer complaint has been filed on 01.6.2023 as such this Commission has no jurisdiction to adjudicate the case in view of the settled position of law. Accordingly consumer complaint and I.A. No.130/2023 are dismissed. No cost.
