ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                             JUDGMENT

            Counsel for both parties are present and Heard. Memo has been filed stating as under;

            “The complainant has done the compromise with opposite parties and settled the amount with opposite party. After getting the order from DCDRC, Jagatsinghpur the opposite parties will provide the NOC to complainant for which 15 days time is required to compliant.

            In view of the settlement between the parties, it is made clear that nothing survives for adjudication for which we direct the opposite parties to issue NOC within 20 days of receipt of entire settlement amount or receipt of the order whichever is later.    With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
