ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                 JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 seeking a direction to accept Rs.50,000/- and issue NOC in favour of complainant. The opposite party has also issued a letter dt.27.11.2023 to deposit Rs.50,000/- and will issue NOC after depositing the same. In view of the undisputed fact we direct the complainant to deposit Rs.50,000/- within 30 days, if the same has not been deposited in the mean time. The opposite party shall issue NOC within 30 days after receipt of the above amount from complainant. Accordingly the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
