                                                                                              JUDGMENT

            Matter relates to Credit Card dispute and excess recovery of amount. ATM Card and Credit card are electronically controlled, charged as per guidelines. The amount charge includes. Annual charges, bounce charges and interest which are part and parcel of credit card. As per the settled position of law dispute relating to credit card is not amenable to the jurisdiction of this Commission. Hence we find no deficiency in service and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
