27.10.2014                  The case is fixed today for hearing/ order. The complainant is absent today. No steps taken on behalf of the complainant.  Advocate for the O.P.No.1 are present and files written version in support of his case. The O.P.No.2 and  O.P.No.3 were set ex-parte on dtd. 25.08.2014. The advocate for the O.P.No.1 filed a petition U/S-13(2) (C) of C.P.Act,1986. Heard, the said petition is allowed. During the course of hearing the complainant is found absent. Even after providing sufficient chance to the complainant, he does not take any interest in this case.

In view of above circumstances the present case is dismissed for default of the complainant.  Accordingly, disposed off.
