Shri S. K.Ojha, Sr. Member: - A complainant petition filed by the  complainant through his  counsel along with a Misc. Case petition on dtd 29/05/2014 ,but failed to moved. The case has been kept under removal of defects since dtd. 29.05.2014. The complainant remained absent since more than 30(Thirty) days form the date of filing. Thus, this Hon’ble Forum proceeded towards taking necessary steps as per law.

As the complainant did not take any steps in respect of his case .Hence we are in considered option to dismiss this case with defaults of the complainant.

Accordingly the case is disposed of.
