ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                  JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed this consumer complaint U/s.35 of C.P. Act, 2019 seeking following reliefs;

            “Direct the opposite parties to pay the matured value of the policy with interest and pay Rs.3,00,000/- compensation towards mental agony, harassment, litigation expenses and cost of travelling expenses”.

            Brief fact of the case is that complainant took a money back policy bearing No.583480470 and paid his premium and also received the money back amount of Rs.5,500/- thrice regularly but not received the matured amount of Rs.36,080/- but the opposite party No.1 has stated that the said amount credited in NEFT on 08.6.2020 in Indian Bank account No.594708470 of complainant, but unfortunately Indian Bank is not a party before us for which we are handicapped to pass any order against the bank due to non joinder of proper party.

            We therefore dispose of the consumer complaint directing the complainant to make a representation to his bank and if it is not settled then complainant is at liberty to approach once again if his dispute is not settled. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
