ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                       JUDGMENT

            Agreement/contract period for repayment of loan is for 59 months star ting from June 2018 to May, 2023. Both parties are absent. We have gone through the records and found that opposite party No.4 has failed to register the vehicle though he is the dealer which is clear violation of Section 41 of Motor Vehicle Act.

            We therefore direct the opposite party No.4 to register the vehicle bearing the cost and opposite parties No.1 to 3 are direct to supply the documents as desired by complainant. With the aforesaid observation and direction consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
