                                                                                            JUDGMENT

Complainant admittedly defaulter of Rs.5,72,327/- and agreement period shall be over on 07.5.2025. Relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor. As such there is no deficiency in service. Hence, we find no merit in the consumer complaint, but the counsel for opposite parties submitted that if the complainant shall pay 50% of the unpaid EMIs within a month and Rs.20,000/- along with EMI then the opposite parties shall not repossess the vehicle.

Taking into consideration of the aforesaid submission, we dispose of the consumer complaint with direction that if the complainant pays 50% of pending EMIs dues as on the date of payment within a month and pays EMI regularly with additional Rs.20,000/-, then the opposite parties shall deduct 50% of overdue interest. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
