            Agreement period already over in October, 2021 loan recall notice was issued on 12.3.2020. Arbitration proceeding vide Arbitration No.32/2020 was initiated before Learned Arbitrator Mr. Bibhuti Bhusan Mishra’s Tribunal and final award already passed. Complainant was default of 23 EMIs accumulating over Rs.3,80,994/- as per statement vide Annexure-A, which is not disputed by complainant. Loan agreement copy required by complainant already attached with written version. There is also no deficiency of service on the part of opposite parties for which this Commission cannot interfere in the matter. As such consumer complaint is devoid of any merit and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
