ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                           JUDGMENT

            Complainant has prayed not to repossess the vehicle LPK 2518 bearing Regd. No.OD-04-B-4284 and to supply copy of loan agreement and connected documents and this Commission vide order dt.13.12.2021 had protected the complainant and both parties are absent on most of the dates. In the mean time period of agreement has also expired.

            Keeping in view the limited prayer, we direct the opposite parties to supply the loan agreement and connected documents to opposite parties and complainant is directed to clear the dues within two months after supply of loan agreement paper. The complainant is directed to give his Email and recent postal address to opposite parties within 15 days of passing of the order. If the complainant fails to pay the dues then the opposite parties are free to take action as per law.
