ORDER

It is agreed and settled by both the parties that complainant shall pay Rs.7,50,000/- in two installments  i.e .first installment Rs.3,75,000/-is to be paid within 30^th of september ,2022 and second installment amounting of Rs.3,75,000/- is to be paid on or before 31/10/2022. on receipt of entry payment oppsite parties shall issue NOC within a period of 15 days i.e. on or before 16.11.2022 .

If the complainant fails to comply the settlement oppsite parties are free to take action as for law.

With the aforesaid ovservation and direction the consumer complaint is dispose of No.Cost.
