Shri Y.Vidhyarthi, learned counsel for the appellant.

                   Heard on admission.

                    On perusal of the order passed by the District Consumer Forum, Ratlam dated 04/07/2014 in case no.111/10 and the record enclosed alongwith this appeal clearly indicates that the order passed by the District Forum is up to the mark.

According to the circumstances and evidence prevailing in the case we find no merits in this appeal and the appeal has no weight at all. 

Appeal is therefore, dismissed at the admission stage.
