          Present Shri Shiv Raj Kumawat, authorised representative of the petitioner.

          Notice issued to respondents not received back.

          On 28.8.2012, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 stated that respondent No. 1 is ready to offer a sum of Rs.15,000/- only with regard to settlement provided the petitioner withdraws the complaint.

         

Thereafter, it appears that respondent No. 1 never appeared.  Today, Mr. Shiv Raj Kumawat, authorised representative of the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to accept the sum of Rs.15,000/- as offered by respondent No. 1 and accordingly he is also willing to withdraw the complaint made against the respondents. 

          In view of the above statement made by the authorised representative of the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed of.  Respondent No. 1 is directed to remit a sum of Rs.15,000/- by way of demand draft in the name of the petitioner within six weeks.  In case, respondent No. 1 fails to remit the amount within six weeks then the respondent No. 1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum till realisation.  On receipt of the amount by the petitioner, the complaint filed by the complainant before the District Forum shall stand dismissed automatically.

          In the meanwhile, respondent No. 1 shall also return the original documents to the petitioner.

          With these observations, the present revision petition is disposed of.

          Dasti to the petitioner.

          Copy of this order be sent to respondent No. 1.
