However, File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant seeking permission for withdrawal of the complaint due to compromise between the parties. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that matter has been compromised with the op and complainant has been satisfied, so he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
