The two bills issued b y the appellants for a sum of Rs.14488/- and Rs.10960/- stand cancelled as the bill details are not furnished. We find that the cancellation of the bills without direction to issue fresh bills cannot be said to be appropriate. In the circumstance the order of the Forum is set aside. The appellant is directed to issue fresh bills for the relevant period furnishing the full particulars within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
