ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                   JUDGMENT

            Complainant filed a consumer complainant claiming insurance amount of Rs.3,28,000/- in respect of policy No.3379/00445675/000/02. Suppressing the fact that he has received Rs.2,50,000/- from the opposite party No.4 & 5 which has been filed by opposite party No.4 in original, where in the complainant has received Rs.2,50,000/- as full and final settlement of his claim. Since the complainant has suppressed the said fact and comes to this Commission in unclean hand and we find no merit in consumer complaint. Accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
